    I captained the varsity football and lacrosse teams, then started Wheel & Wave, a mobile car and boat detailing business. It taught me that repeat customers come from doing exactly what you said you'd do.

Inside a wealthmanagement practice

I support the advisors at Summit, a fiduciary practice serving high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners within Arax, a $35B+ wealth and asset management platform.

The work spans portfolio analysis, client reporting, planning systems and the everyday tools advisors rely on. The goal is always the same: more accurate information for clients, and more of the advisors' time spent with them.

Portfolio analysis & reporting

Reviewing asset allocation and portfolio exposures, and supporting client deliverables tied to long-term planning and performance tracking.

Client records

Keeping performance statements, tax documents and investment records complete, current and aligned across every account.

Planning systems

Researching how planning tools fit together: linking assumptions across platforms and testing compatibility for forecasting, income planning and portfolio analytics.

CRM & automation

Building Wealthbox workflows, tasks and data pulls, plus two automations running live in the firm's Microsoft 365. A weekly client market brief is next.

The inbox that sorts itself

An advisor's inbox mixes top clients, other advisors' clients, internal mail and total strangers. On a busy morning, the most important message isn't always the first one seen.

I built two automations that now run every day. One sorts every incoming email by client relationship and hands it to the right advisor. The other reads the morning Wealthbox digest and sends birthday notes to each advisor's own clients. Nothing leaves the firm's systems. Try a working model below: the people are made up, the logic is real.

    Built with Power Automate, Outlook, Excel and OneDrive. Addresses are matched without regard to capitalization, and every run is saved to the flow's history.

      Support advisors serving high-net-worth clients in a fiduciary practice within Arax: portfolio analysis and reporting, client records, planning-system research, Wealthbox workflows, and two live automations in Microsoft 365. See the work

    2. Accounting Intern · BoxCast

      Ran Stripe Sigma reports on customer billing data and built Excel spreadsheets that highlighted key account details. Labeled audio in Audacity to train an AI model for hardware that automatically detects, labels and adjusts audio levels, using Python to check the labels were right. Also researched VAT and tax ID requirements for UK and EU customers.

    3. Sales Representative · Paskar Construction

      Door-to-door sales for roof inspections and storm-damage claims. Walked homeowners through the insurance process and worked with adjusters and project managers to close contracts.

    4. Founder & Owner · Wheel & Wave Detailing

      Started and ran a mobile car and boat detailing business: pricing, scheduling, the website and booking system, marketing, and the work itself.

      A 1:1 online fitness coaching business. I handle everything from the first sales call to weekly client check-ins.

    Division I football taught me how to prepare.

    Most players in the Pioneer Football League pay their own way. Nobody is there for anything but the work. I carried the habits with me: show up ready, do your job so the person next to you can do theirs, and hold the standard when nobody's watching.
